The area around Le Seignus is perfect for walking with many marked trails, including GRs (grandes randonées).  At the end of our garden is the foot of the ski slopes - a perfect place for a leisurely stroll through the woods or the start of a longer hike to Colmars or La Foux d'Allos.

Cycling is also popular and bikes are available for hire in the village. The ski lifts are open 3 days a week so walkers or mountain-bikers can reach the top of the mountain at leisure and descend under their own steam - or take the lift back down.  The lifts at La Foux d'Allos (a 15 minute drive away) are also open for a couple of days each week during the summer. 

There are also activities such as horse-riding, tennis, paragliding, white-water rafting, fly-fishing, archery, canoeing and gliding close by.

For a less strenuous day out, Allos has a parc de loisirs which has a swimming lake (with diving platform and water-slide), swings, slides etc. and an adventure playground.
